SNOWBIRDS WELCOME to Havasu Landing! Nightly, weekly and monthly rates available. HAVASU LANDING RESORT - Located on the California side of Lake Havasu. Lake Havasu Landing is a 40 minute drive to Needles, 60 minute drive to Laughlin and 90 minute drive or 20 minute ferry ride to London Bridge in Lake Havasu City, AZ, where full amenities are available.

Havasu Landing is also a kid friendly environment. Walking distance to lake, market, casino, restaurant, launch ramp, beach, etc. Inside gated community at Havasu Landing, with 24 hour patrolled security. Havasu Landing is a very quiet park with plenty of options for hobbies, restaurants, entertainment and shopping with a 20 minute ferry ride!

Havasu Landing is a great place for snowbirds. Plenty of activities, yet plenty of privacy.
