Outside hot tub is under cover so you can hot tub in the rain or snow and watch TV or listen to the stereo and have a cold beverage in the reachable fridge. Beautifully landscaped and manicured lawn, easy on the feet and great for croquet'.

We are now offering at no extra charge to valid drivers license holders and over 21. 4 total hours of usage of the following vehicles: A 2003 Cadillac Escalade, a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette and for those who have a valid motor cycle endorsement and over 21, a 2003 Harley Sportster.
Just 10 minutes from downtown Grand Haven, Lake Michigan beaches, Grand Haven's Musical Fountain and the board walk. Easy access to US-31. Close to everything. Bike paths that take you all over the town. If you need we have his and hers bikes to use at no charge
80' dock with fresh water hook up and hose. Electric hook up on the dock. Sea-Doo, Trolling bass boat, Kayaks, Paddle boat. 105' of sandy beach with large fire pit, picnic table and horse shoes.
Although we have lots of water toys, if you are bringing your own water craft, there's a well kept boat launch ramp 1/2 mile away.
Great location for a family get away or family reunion.
There's a Wesco convenience store / gas station a 1/4 mile down the road.
