Our comfortable and tastefully decorated, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath villa is located directly on the 12th green of the George Fazio Golf Course in Palmetto Dunes, a premiere mid-island resort.
Our unit has been completely remodeled with updated baths and kitchen, new wood flooring in the living room and new bedding in all 3 bedrooms. There are TV/DVD systems in all bedrooms (2 are flat screen) and there is a wall mounted Flat screen with digital cable in the living room. High-speed wireless internet is also accessible in any room. The first floor bedroom has 2 Double beds with pillow top mattresses and is tastefully decorated in a seaside blue motif. The extra large master bedroom is located upstairs and has a comfortable oversized king bed, vaulted ceiling and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids with a set of twin bunk beds and a TV/DVD system. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Everything you need to make your stay a true family vacation is at your fingertips, including a fully stocked kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, linens, towels, books, and games for kids of all ages. You also have access to beach chairs, fishing equipment, sand buckets and toys. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio, overlooking the beautiful 12th green. You can even practice your golf game with putting or chipping mid-evening less than 20 feet away. Our place has lots of extras to make it feel more like home, not just a rental... We think that you'll agree.
The Inverness Village community has a full-sized pool with baby pool, fishing dock and (3) tennis courts--FREE Tennis. All are just steps away from our unit. The 2 public beach entrances are under a 7 minute bike ride with free parking for those that prefer to drive.
The Palmetto Dunes Resort features three golf courses, a top-rated tennis facility with 25 tennis courts, and 11 miles of a scenic lazy river stocked with fish that is accessible by canoe or kayak. There are also many on site restaurants, a general store, bicycle and kayak/canoe rentals, Dunes Buggy- free transportation to many locations within the Palmetto Dunes Resort area and 3 miles of beautiful beach.
