Brand new 2-story twin townhouse home that features a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, family room, powder room and front porch on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom has full tile shower and large sitting area and the two other bedrooms share a full bath with tub and shower. Washer and dryer are on the bedroom level.

It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood yet is within easy biking distance to the beaches and the famous Washington Street Mall.
