A 5-10 minute walk to the beach, this home is the perfect location in a great neighborhood in Palmetto Dunes. The living room is very open with vaulted ceilings, sectional sofa with rocking chair and sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat-screen TV with DVD player inside a stylish armoire. The dining room is located off the living room seats 6 and has a pool view and vaulted ceilings. The updated kitchen has all tile floors, flat stove, granite countertops and all updated appliances. There is a bar area with seating for 4. Three steps lead down from kitchen to the den, which has tile floors, sleeper sofa, 2 loveseats and 2 regular chairs. There is also a TV and DVD player and a desk with granite countertops, desk lamp and outlet access. There is a ½ Bath off the den and a full size Washer/ Dryer. A slider leads out to the fabulous deck and pool area, which is perfect for grilling and outdoor entertaining! There is a full patio set with table and full umbrella and seating for 6. Three steps lead down from table to kidney shaped pool approx. 24 X 14.
The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV with VCR and DVD combo and a chair. There is a non-connected tub/ shower combination that shares with the other bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed TV and DVD. The third bedroom is the master bedroom, which is located three steps down from the front entrance on the first floor. This bedroom has a TV, DVD/ VCR combo and private bath with tub/shower combination.
