Our charming 1940's bungalow is located in the heart of Venice, in a quiet, upscale neighborhood located one block from vibrant Abbot Kinney Blvd. This home is a peaceful retreat ideally situated to experience the variety that Venice offers, close to all of its hip hotspots, excellent restaurants, one-of-a-kind boutiques and within a 10 minute stroll to the beach.
The two bedroom, one bathroom home is tastefully furnished with beautiful hardwood floors and french doors throughout. It includes a large office/yoga room and a separate dining room.
The airy living room is comfortably furnished and features a woodburning fireplace and A/V entertainment center with HD plasma TV, DVD, IPOD and CD player.
The bedrooms are well appointed offering fine linens and ceiling fans. In addition, the large master bedroom has an allergy-free orthopedic queen mattress. The cheerful bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower.
