Unique quiet location on a palm lined street in the heart of Venice just a few blocks to the ocean. Zen style garden in front. Enclosed spacious patio in back with warm outdoor shower and gas BBQ. Beautifully landscaped. Large master bedroom w/ king, walk in closet and fireplace.

Guest bedroom w/ queen or child's room. TV/2nd guest room with new fold out sofa w/ air mattress. Main living room w/ high ceilings and fireplace. Open cook's kitchen and dining room.

House has hardwood floors, natural light, open airy flow w/ privacy. Great for entertaining or relaxing.

Walk to famous Venice Beach for sun, sand and surf... Walk to Abbott Kinney for great restaurants and boutique shopping. 1/2 block to the beautiful historic Venice canals.

With its hip vibe, laid back style and friendly community, Venice is a wonderful place to visit and live. This house and location couldn't be better for enjoying all that Venice has to offer.
