This charming guesthouse is located on a Venice Beach Walk Street less than one mile from the beach and blocks from trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd with shopping, restaurants and galleries galore. Less than 15 minutes to LAX, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. Hiking, biking, surfing, fishing, sailing - any Southern California activity you seek is within easy access.

The house is a large studio with loft bedroom. A brand new building, it is in pristine shape. Large French doors and windows lead to a semi-private patio. Skylights flood the space with sunshine. A flat screen TV with DVR and cable access, wi-fi come with the rental. A kitchen area with large microwave, induction stove-top and small refrigerator meet all basic needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee pot, toaster oven, etc.

The loft bedroom sleeps two and two more are accommodated on pull out sofa. This is ideal for a couple on holiday or someone working in LA for a period.
