The Terrace Suite is located 1/2 block from The Venice Boardwalk, on one of the last brick streets in Venice, an ultimate location for anyone wanting to experience the Venice Beach lifestyle.

The Terrace Suite is a modernly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and has a large fully equipped kitchen with ice makers, new appliances and terra cotta Spanish style flooring. Living room also has terra cotta flooring, along with gas fireplace, skylight, along with 47" HD LCD TV w/Direct TV, DVR, & DVD, XFM Radio, Bose IPOD docking station, & queen size pull out couch. Bedrooms are carpeted, with walk in closets, each have a queen size bed along with a reclining chair, and master bedroom has 32" HD LCD flat screen TV, with Direct TV, & DVR, access to beautiful deck which includes lemon trees, outside patio table with umbrella and seating for six, along with Weber barbeque. The two queen beds and queen pull out have 600 thread count bedding & duve, along with down/ down alternative comforters. Following amenities are included: access to washer and dryer, one off street parking space, towel sets per person, beach ensemble (beach towel, beach blanket, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler), and baby amenities (crib, high chair and stroller), and air mattresses available upon request for extra sleeping arrangements.
