Photos and Description of the Seattle vacation rental
3 Bedrooms, 2.25 Bathrooms, Sleeps 7
This newly restored 1930’s brick tudor is located on the West slope of Queen Anne - one of Seattle’s most coveted neighborhoods - an ideal location for easy access to everything this great City has to offer!
The home features a chef’s kitchen with Viking professional appliances and plenty of gadgets for your culinary needs. The large living room includes a 40-inch flat screen television, wood burning fireplace and a glimpse of Elliott Bay. Three upstairs bedrooms share a period-inspired bathroom with heated marble floors.
Office space in the ultimate-view bedroom provides a sweet place for reading, writing… or working, if you must. The second floor Juliet balcony offers wonderful views of the ferries, cruise ships and cargo vessels passing through Puget Sound.
The daylight lower level offers even more quality living space, including a living room with a 46-inch flat screen television, sleeper sofa and second wood burning fireplace. There is also a den, ¾ bath with a walk-in shower and separate laundry room. French doors provide level access to a covered patio and garden.
We have equipped the home with quality furnishings, linens, towels and kitchen items for a very comfortable and accommodating stay. Wi-Fi, digital high-definition cable with all the premium channels and DVR, iPod docking station and unlimited long distance (throughout the U.S.) are also included.
This home is just 1 ½ miles from the Seattle Center - home to the Space Needle, Children’s Museum, Experience Music Project, Pacific Science Center and Key Arena. Shops and restaurants at the top of Queen Anne are just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. There is also a bus stop one block away.
