This large 3BR/3BA is conveniently located on the 10th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course and just steps away from the club house and grill. Other Palmetto Dunes golf courses include Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills plus dozens of courses both on and off the island. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center includes 25 courts including clay and eight lighted courts for night play.
Turnberry Villas includes a private swimming pool for guests and a children's playground. The beach is a short walk or bike ride to the private access located at the Disney Beach Club. Complimentary parking is also available.
Our Villa comfortably sleeps six to eight. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed with master bath, the second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a separate bathroom, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, located on the first floor. There are televisions in each room with a DVR/DVD in the living room. Wireless internet is available at no additional cost. The dining room table seats six.
The kitchen has Corian countertops. The deck off the living room contains outdoor furniture and overlooks the 10th fairway and 18th green. A locking outdoor storage area is available for your golf clubs, bicycles, and beach supplies. Our Villa is non-smoking.
Palmetto Dunes Plantation is located in the middle of HHI where guests can enjoy outlet shopping, fine dining, entertainment, site-seeing tours, swimming, boating,tennis, golf, beaches and deep sea fishing. HHI has a semi-tropical climate and is perfect for year-round vacations. It has a unique 11 mile canal system that you can explore. Boat rentals are available in Palmetto Dunes.
