New construction, two-story, 4 bedroom/3 baths, with central air conditioning. Fully-furnished with utilities, Satellite TV, Broadband internet, Wi-Fi, and gardening all-included. One block to the hip hot-spots of Abbot Kinney Boulevard. This vibrant street boasts some of the most popular art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars in all of Los Angeles. And just follow the surfers walking and pedaling by to get to legendary Venice Beach!
A short five minute walk will not only take you to the surf and sand, but also to playgrounds, farmers markets, historic canals, the famed Venice boardwalk, and Santa Monica’s Main Street shopping district. A bike path runs along the beach, leading you North to the Santa Monica Pier, where free evening concerts are performed throughout the Summer. Unlike the rest of LA, here in Venice, you can spend days without getting in your car!
Enter through a front deck and gardens into a bright, airy and colorful getaway with wonderful wide-plank flooring. The kitchen boasts Caesarstone countertops, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stainless steel fridge. We have also provided cookware and dinnerware for your enjoyment. Past the dining nook you will step down into a sunken den, complete with a 42-inch Plasma television, Direct TV, a DVD/VCR and DVR. Also on the first floor is an office/guest room with Broadband internet access and a full bath.
Upstairs you will find a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a King-sized bed, and a walk-in closet. The master bath features a steam shower and deep soaking tub. Also on the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and an extra full bath. Not to mention a convenient washer/dryer. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a bunk bed for children -- but the room can easily be modified to suit your sleeping needs.
The stairs will then take you up to our cozy rooftop deck with panoramic views of Marina Del Rey and the mountains of Malibu and Santa Monica. A perfect spot to enjoy July 4th fireworks!
