This property is located in downtown Austin. It backs up to of "Deep Eddy" pool and the famous Town Lake hike & bike trail so pack a swim suit if you stay here. If you have pets, then my home is perfect. There is canooing,tennis,swimming and a hike and bike trail all within walking distance from my cottage. The location is also superb since it is next to Austin's favorite "Magnolia cafe" which is open 24 hrs a day. This cottage also has a all natural juice & smoothie bar on property so if you would like some freshly squeezed juice then you can walk down and get it. Another interesting fact about my cottage is that it is the closest home in the entire Austin to Zilker park which is known for having such events as the kite festival, Austin City Limits festival,Trail of lights and Movies at the park.
