The condominium consists of the living room, dining and kitchen area, and separate one bedroom and full sized bathroom. The residence is very well appointed with all of the features one would expect of a true luxury condominium resort.
Solid wood doors, nine foot ceilings with crown moldings and custom base and case trim the edges. Four Stone fireplaces are found in the living areas and the bedrooms. The kitchen has granite slab countertops and islands on knotty alder cabinets.
