The Cleft House is a modern / industrial, architecturally designed property located at 487 Carroll Ave in Venice Beach, California. It was designed with green building components and has a low water, eco-friendly landscape. It's just 1/2 block from the Venice Canals, 2 blocks from the trendy restaurants and shops on Abbott Kinney Blvd and 3 blocks from the Venice Boardwalk and Beach.

It contains brand new stainless steel appliances, in-floor hydronic heating, laundry rooms, outdoor decks, European style bathrooms with heated towel rails, open plan kitchen/living areas with 12 x 9 sliding window walls that open up to reveal views of the canals.

It has a master bedroom with a loft/2nd bedroom, 1 - full bath, 1 - 3/4 bath and 1 - 1/2 bath, a skylight, rooftop deck and has satellite plasma TV and wireless high speed internet.

It can be expanded to have 2 additional bedrooms with a loft/ 3rd bedroom, 1 - full bath, 1 - 3/4 bath and 1 - 1/2 bath, with 2 exterior decks and has cable plasma TV (HDTV) and wireless high speed internet.

The Cleft House is available for long and short term lease and daily/weekly rental for shoots.
