Enjoy a meal on your private deck as you observe the beautiful Blue Heron swoop gracefully down to the lagoon. Canoe or kayak on the 1 1 miles of lagoon. Enjoy a stroll on the scenic 3 mile long private beach, just a short 5 minute bike ride from the villa. Paved bike paths allow your family to safely walk, jog, or bike throughout Palmetto Dunes Resort.
From the moment you step inside our bright and spacious villa you will feel the stresses of daily life begin to melt away. Our villa has an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in the main living area. The dining room has a large bay window with a wide view of the lagoon and golf course. The entire villa has been newly remodeled and redecorated to give it a comfortable, bright, and relaxing feel. The main living area and kitchen have gorgeous wood flooring, with ceramic tile in both bathrooms. The villa has been given the highest rating (Five Star) from Sand Dollar Rental Agency.
The living room is newly furnished and offers ample seating to relax after a busy day of island living. Enjoy a movie or your favorite music with the DVD and CD players. The adjacent dining room has a new table with comfortable seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen has a lovely breakfast nook with seating for four and a large window with skylight. The master bedroom features two queen-sized beds, dresser, night stand, walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the deck with a generous view of fairways five and seven on the beautiful Fazio golf course. The second bedroom also includes two queen beds, dresser, night stand, and full closet. Both bedrooms have tv and full bath.
