Enjoy the privacy of your own home in the gated lake community of Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert, Arizona with all the amenities of a private lake and clubhouse within short walking distance of the property. When you rent this home, you have free access to all the Val Vista Lakes clubhouse facilities including the lake, pool, hot tubs, full gym, racquetball and tennis courts.

The house has been completely repainted inside and out in the last year. All new furniture and appliances, including a water purification unit have been installed. All the bedding, curtains and towels are new. The house comes complete with all the kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery you will need to enjoy your stay. A washer and dryer is available in the unit for your use. The living room has a large 52 inch flat screen TV and stereo system. The covered deck has a BBQ and patio furniture for your enjoyment. The double attached garage allows you to park out of the sun. The property is close to major freeways, shopping centers and golf courses.
