Just 25 minutes from the Phoenix airport the home is perfect for your vacation.

The home is 5 bedrooms 3 bath and can easily accommodate 12-15 if not more. Home does have a pool which is not heated but access to Val Vista Lakes club house is applicable. This over 7 million dollar club house includes tennis, racquetball, beach pool and Olympic sized lap pool which is heated to 78 degrees year round, spa, cardio and weight rooms.

Community has lots of amenities walking paths, parks, great shopping and restaurants within a two minute drive. Freeway is less then .5 miles from front door. Hurry and make a reservation!!!
