Spacious loft used as an additional bedroom/office with a patio access upstairs on the 3rd floor and a BBQ. Cable TV ; property facilities include heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (very clean and private ). Two assigned parking spaces. Very safe area. Non smoking unit.

Payment in USD by Check, Cash, Wire Transfer or Pay Pal ( fee 4 % ) Customer is responsible for all money transfer fees including a wire transfer fee or Pay Pal fees.
