Built in 2001 all new appliances, Ocean view, steps to the sand, this 3 level 3 bedroom, 3.25 bath has all the amenities including a home theater system and Plasma upstairs. Surf board, boogie board, bike, paddles tennis racquet's and Instruction is available. Lots of beach parking, gated entry, alarm, and all stainless steel appliances. The touches are really nice all the bathrooms have stone floors with nice detailing, marble in the master. The Master has a king sized tempurpedic bed, the 2nd bedroom a queen size temperpedic bed, and the 3rd bedroom an air mattress. There is also a pull out ottoman upstairs.

This place is ideal for an active family. The bike path, boardwalk, surf, sand, and water are right out your door. And lets not forget about basketball, paddle tennis courts, handball, and the famous muscle beach.
