Very special property:
Comments from our 4th guest,
We were lucky enough to have stayed a full month in this beautiful downtown Seattle condo! Our vacation goal was to get a real sense of urban living in Seattle and also take advantage of some day-hikes in the nearby National parks. Located on the 16th floor of a modern, elegant highrise, the views from the condo's rooms and balconies are superb! It directly overlooks the waters of Elliot Bay/Pugent Sound as well offering panoramic views of downtown, Mt. Ranier to the southeast, and the Olympic mountains to the northwest. We spent some wonderful evening hours relaxing and watching the lights of downtown come up, as well as those in west Seattle across Elliot Bay, while ferry boats silently passed by. Wow! Several afternoons we were awestruck as we watched Mt. Ranier glow dusky red in the distance, lighted by the sun setting to the right over the purple Olympic mountain range! Too beautiful! The art-deco-ish-cool Seattle Heights building sits on a tree-lined stretch of Second Avenue. We found this urban location truly exciting and the condo an excellent "base-camp" for walking many of the dynamic downtown areas. Walking Seattle gave us opportunity to take in the boutiques, bookstores, bakeries, coffee shops, museums, the library, and restaurants up close! The condo is only a couple blocks from Seattle's bustling beautiful waterfront. Going left at the water takes you along the piers toward the Aquarium, eateries, tourist shops and downtown; to the right leads to the fantastic Sculpture Park which as has a great paved trail for walking/running/biking. Two weeks after we arrived we secured an automobile and drove to Mt. Ranier National Park and day-hiked the Skyline Trail. Not enough space here to describe how beautiful this experience was! We also drove up north and hiked a fantastic trail up and down the shoreline ridge at Fort Ward Park on Whidbey Island. Later we drove into the North Cascades and hiked the Blue Lake Trail! Like Ranier, another unbelievably beautiful subalpine hike! After a day on the trail soaking up nature, coming home to this sophisticated upscale condo was a real pleasure and a treat!
The condo's stylish furnishings are clean, comfortable, and new. The kitchen is new, beautiful, and completely equipped, lacking nothing for the adventurous chef!! And, we couldn't recommend a VRBO listing with a better building or view.
The owners are extremely gracious and accomodating. Their kindness made us feel very welcome! We felt very lucky to have their lovely condo for our first visit to Seattle.
We had a fantastic stay and look forward to visiting again!

Comments from our first guest....
" This place was great, 24 hour concierge, immaculate, amazing view from two decks of Elliot bay, the Olympics and on the clear day we had, MT. Rainier. We loved the Condo's shared Jaccuzzi, Sauna, shower and Workout room-(avg) We never saw another person while using these ammenities. At least 8 great restaurants nearby including El Gaucho (expensive), The Local Vine, a local wine bar and tapas place, and The Black Bottle, another wine bar, a favorite of the local's. 6 blocks to Pike place and a $5 cab ride to the Space Needle. We will be back soon.
