Welcome to "A New View", where you will enjoy a beautiful new home, with unobstructed ocean views from each and every room. Our home sits just across the ocean on the other side of a back street. There are upstairs/downstairs decks which span the width of the house, and both decks face the ocean. All bedrooms have sliding-glass doors which lead to the decks. Sitting on the decks it's as if you are sitting on a cruise boat overlooking the water, from higher up. Easy beach access is right across the back-street. Traffic on this road is minimal and very slow (25 mph speed limit). This part of the beach is very private and low-key - perfect for family vacations.
The "Great Room" is upstairs and consists of kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has all new appliances and is well-stocked with everything you need. Off of the kitchen there is a back door and deck. This smaller, third deck is perfect for watching the sunset over the intra coastal waterway. The living area features a big wide-screen TV/DVD and a gas fireplace. The dining area features a large table which can be extended or retracted and fits up to 10 people. Another 6 people can sit at the kitchen counter. And of course....ocean views from ANYWHERE you are looking.....
The Master bedroom/bathroom is upstairs just off of the Great Room, with a private hallway door that can be shut at night in addition to the bedroom door. It's very private and quiet, and has its own TV/DVD, and a wonderful ocean view. The Master bathroom features double sinks and lots of drawer space.
Downstairs (which is actually one floor off of the ground) there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one tub, one shower stall). One corner bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The other corner bedroom has a set of twin beds and a private bathroom. The middle room has four bunk beds.(Yes, unobstructed ocean views from all bedrooms). 2 of these bedrooms have TV/DVD. The washer/dryer are on this floor.
Oh, and we also have an outside hot/cold shower with a dressing room; 2 ocean kayaks and a lot of bikes for your use, free of charge. And lots of games and books, a play station and an IPOD plug in/stereo.
We will allow SMALL DOGS ONLY (up to 15 lbs) for an extra rental fee.
