The State House, in downtown Grand Haven, is located one block from restaurants, shopping, and bike rental, and is only a few blocks from the boardwalk, leading out to the lighthouse and beach.

This immaculate, 3-bedroom, 2-story home features a large kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, a family/sun room with fireplace, and a half bath on the main level. On the second story, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Great for families and kids, as well as couples.
