Come stay at this "Back to the 50s House" for a unique Austin experience. It is located in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood in the eclectic 78704 zip code: "not just a zip code but a way of life." It is minutes away from downtown, SoCo, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the University. Location is convenient, in an urban residential area, with restaurants, theaters, clubs, musical venues, and shopping nearby. This home would suit couples, families, or friends who want to explore all that Austin has to offer. No more than 4 persons, please.

Furnishings are 50s, Mission, and eclectic. Kitchen has 50s tile and retro Roper stove. Bedrooms have space & charm. Living-dining area is open and comfortable. Have walks in neighborhood, bus travel to downtown, short ride to Zilker Park for swimming in a spring-fed pool, recreation on Lady Bird Lake, or explore local sites, entertainment, and restaurants. Enjoy yourselves!
