Relax! Unwind! Enjoy! Be one of the first to enjoy this newly constructed single-family beach home.

This home features cheerful paint, ceramic tile floors, new Braxton Culler furniture, and beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. Amenities include a gas grill, three TV's (with two including DVR), DVD, Stereo w/ CD player, fully stocked kitchen, and much more. Gather with friends and family in the huge living room/ kitchen area overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Slide into an Adirondack chair on the back deck and enjoy viewing the pelicans fishing in the morning as you sip your coffee, or indulge in your favorite beverage as you view the gorgeous sunset over the marsh. The front deck offers a view of the ocean with access being only steps away. An outside hot/cold shower allows you to wash off the sand after a fun filled day at the beach.

There is a Maid Fee of $75.

Pets are allowed with only a $100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.
