This is a modern 400 sq. ft. studio suite. This unit is upstairs in a popular residential area of Venice. A great central base for your Vacation while sightseeing and relaxing! We are 5minutes from the beach. Good neighborhood near a golf course, Park & shopping/entertainment/restaurant locations.
Nice area to take walks & ride bikes.

Nice filtered light throughout the day. Two movable hanging dividers in living room for some separation. Queen Bed - Royal Posture Orthopedic mattress with 500 thread count bedding. Sofa is the size of a twin sleeping bed. Hardwood Floors. Deep, 6' soaking bathtub. Full Kitchen including hot & cold filtered drinking water. Beautiful Granite counters with bar seating. Raised Nook with curtains for privacy is in living area. It is 6'long x 5'wide. A twin mattress doubles as seating & very comfortable sleeping. Secure & private with separate walkway entrance. Separate garden yard for outdoor lounging. Off street parking spot right next to walk in entry. Minimal street traffic.

Smoking in outdoor area only please.
Laundry & dry cleaners are 4 blocks away.

LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT/RESTAURANT/SHOPPING AREAS - Walk or bike

Drive time: 5 minutes to Venice Beach/Marina Del Rey Trendy cafe's/restaurants on Abbott Kinney, Historic Venice Canal district, World Famous Muscle Beach, Santa Monica Promenade or Pier; 15 minutes to LAX & Santa Monica Mountains for hiking; 30 minutes to Chic Beverly Hills, Getty Museum, Malibu Beaches, Hollywood, Queen Mary & Long Beach Aquarium.
