One of the fun and relaxing features is the tropical backyard with pebble sheen pool, waterslide and waterfall grotto where you can entertain a large group of guests of all ages.
You can look forward to a large spacious master bedroom with king size bed, large open master bath and walk in closet on the first floor. Your other guests will enjoy three bedrooms with queen size beds with their own walk in closets and two full baths on the second floor. There is a 630 sq ft room addition on the second floor that will accommodate 12 to 14 guests comfortably depending on bed size requests. These accomodations are great for families or groups wanting a shared vacation.
Create meals in the upgraded kitchen or grill your meals on the outdoor barbeque. There is a large pantry to store food goods for large gatherings. You will find a full size washer and dryer located upstairs in the laundry room. There are two dining areas, a large spacious family room and patio area to entertain a large gathering.
The family room has a comfortable sectional with a double sofa sleeper and media area including a big screen TV, CD player, and HD cable. There is a spacious office for anyone visiting Arizona on business or anyone needing to complete business affairs while on vacation.
There is a community park with a playground with in walking distance. You can enjoy the basketball or volleyball courts and also enjoy the view of the Santan Mountains. Travel times can very from 10 to 45 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix Metro Area.
