Well appointed, cedar-shake ground floor condo recently renovated top to bottom with contemporary, high-end finishes. In addition to being close enough to walk barefoot to the beach -- just two blocks, it is just a 3 minute walk to Cape May's newly refurbished Washington Street pedestrian mall and some of the best restaurants at the New Jersey Shore.
Outside is lots of outdoor living space. Lean back and enjoy the evening sea breeze on the new wrap-around porch, sitting in the rocker chairs and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by. Also on the front porch is a 4-seat outdoor dining area with ceiling fan/light. There is also a new enclosed side porch with comfortable wicker furniture and lovely greenery -- ideal for reading and relaxing. The garden is nicely landscaped with a seating area, fully enclosed outdoor shower, and gas grill. Private front and rear entrances. Shared driveway parking for 1 car. Beach tags (5) are provided along with high-speed internet access.
Inside you will find light oak hardwood floors throughout, large gourmet kitchen with granite island/countertops and eating area with barstools at the counter . New central A/C and heating keeps it the perfect temperature. Living area with high speed Internet access, cable TV/DVD, and CD player. Two bedrooms - the master with double bed and the other with 3 singles - perfect for the kids (this bedroom also has a TV and Nintendo GameCube with plenty of games). Light, airy bathroom with white wainscoting and tiled shower, washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes all dishes, glasses, flatware, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator with icemaker, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
Come enjoy an affordable place at the shore that is ideal for young families or an adult couples getaway, and create your own beautiful Cape May memories. Bring your bicycles or rent one and take a ride out to Cape May's famous bird observatory at the Point, hike up to the top of the lighthouse, or have lunch at Sunset Beach and watch the dolphins swim by.
