This lovely 2nd row house was built in 2005 with great ocean and inter-coastal views. Come and enjoy the ocean breezes from two large wrap around decks. The top level includes a spacious open kitchen/ dining room area, a half bathroom and the master suite with a Jacuzzi tub. The lower level has a living room, three bedrooms, a full bathroom and the laundry room. There is also an outside shower with hot water.

The house is located on a private cul-de-sac with no traffic directly across from a beach walk-over. The beach is gorgeous and never crowded. The property is nestled in approximately two acres of maritime forest. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is perfect. You will still be within a short drive to casual but excellent restaurants and fun beach shops. This is a family and pet friendly area.
