The Bunting House, a private and peaceful retreat with wildlife--owner lives at other end of this large gated property. Ideal for a quiet getaway, for "snowbirds," or for anyone relocating to this area and in need of temporary housing.

Great open floor plan with tile/carpet flooring, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, & bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom has king bed, walk-in closet and large desk. Second bedroom has queen bed. Two full bathrooms, one with huge shower, 2nd with tub/shower combo.

Amenities include: basic supplies; central HVAC; ceiling fans; laundry room with washer/dryer and iron & ironing board; mini-stereo (CDs, cassettes, radio); local TV with DVD & VCR player; kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker; local phone; basketball with hoop in courtyard. Large private yard around guest house with views across meadow/trees to the hills.

Faubion Trail near Leander, TX--Easy access to Austin and vicinity via highway 183A or Capital Metro; less than an hour from Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Just minutes to Lake Travis and hill country golf and hiking areas, as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping.
