This complex has a 3 month minimum rental policy.No smoking or pets.This vacation home is nicely furnished with two bedroom and two baths, it's an open plan second floor unit, with a bright step saver kitchen consisting of approx. 1,100 square feet of air conditioned space including in house laundry and walk in closets, A full lanai stretches the full width of the condo with sliders to the living and dining rooms. For comfort and privacy, it also boasts a second lanai as part of the master bedroom suite. This is a well kept 55+ complex with clubhouse shuffleboard courts and heated pool in the heart of Englewood yet set back enough to afford plenty of quiet. Designated parking space and plenty of guest parking, round out this perfect winter getaway.
