It is a convenient walk and a few steps from the parking structure to the condo entrance.

Enjoy the pool, or walk out to the sand and water to enjoy the lake. You can pull your boat or PWC right up onto the beach and relax all day in front of your condo with a cocktail. The boat launch is just minutes away.

Enjoy the rich comforts of the condo with lush Tommy Bahama-type decor, complete entertainment center, comfortable leather couch, ottoman and rocker/recliner, and views from the expansive balcony overlooking the beach, channel, village and London Bridge. This rare waterfront condo has a master bedroom with a Cal-King bed and an attached master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed. There is a 20-inch flat screen TV in each bedroom. The balcony/patio is complimented with patio and bar type patio furniture, ceiling fan, chaise lounge, and barbecue.

Take the waterfront walkway to the English Village, London Bridge, Marina, Queens Bay Golf Course, Lake Havasu State Park, restaurants, and nightclubs, or simply walk across the street to a multitude of choices for dining, entertainment, shopping, and the Swap Meet.
