Located on both the fourth and fifth floors, this 1626 square-foot Harbourside III villa is one of the few three bedroom villas on the property (the lower level bedroom has a double bed; the master bedroom, a king; and the other second level bedroom, twin beds.)

Part of the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort, Harbourside III in Shelter Cove can boast of total renovation. Everything but the beautiful view is new: new wallpaper and paint, new cabinetry and countertops, new Berber carpeting and ceramic tile, new appliances, new kitchen cookware and dishes, new window treatments, and new furniture and accessories in every room. And its all been professionally decorated by an Atlanta design group.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Shelter Cove can boast of that as well. Overlooking the picturesque Shelter Cove Harbor, the villa offers its guests both breathtaking sunsets and early morning reflection. And there is no better spot to enjoy the summer concerts and the Tuesday night fireworks and entertainment than from our balcony. In addition, the three miles of wide, private beach is only a ten-minute bike ride on the family-friendly underpass (biking is permitted on the beach.) You may opt for the free shuttle that runs daily from 8 AM to 9 PM to Palmetto Dunes or for the five-minute car ride(parking is free for Shelter Cove guests.)

If you prefer action-packed days to sunning and shelling, there's plenty to keep you busy. Harbourside III is a departure point for fishing and sightseeing trips. Guests of the villa also enjoy golf privileges on some of Hilton Head's most renowned, challenging golf courses--up to four players for each night's stay-- and are responsible only for a minimal access fee. Bike paths are plentiful and an eleven-mile lagoon waterway makes for a great day of canoeing or kayaking. Tennis and water sports are popular options.

The Arts Center is only a five-minute walk and and the Shelter Cove Mall takes only another ten minutes. Both Savannah, Georgia, and Charleston, South Carolina, are easy day trips--only 45 minutes and 90 minutes away, respectively.

But, if you would prefer to stay close to "home," the complex offers a private swimming pool; a hot tub, steam room and sauna; a children's play area, and a barbecue area. The marina provides "up-close" views of dazzling yachts and Shelter Cove Village is such fun: restaurants, cafes, restaurants, and galleries.
