HILTON HEAD. 5105 Hampton Place, just south of the Hilton Hotel is in an oceanfront complex offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas. Our floor plan provides beautiful direct ocean views from every room, including the kitchen and living areas.

Luxuriously crafted, the villa features full kitchen, open living areas, and master baths (2 !) with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, spa tub, and barbecue area, children's pool, adult lap pool, exercise room, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes.
Completely renovated - A+ condition (yes really)! Our Hampton Place Villa(5105 Hampton) is a wonderful, two bedroom, two bath, private, end unit that has been totally renovated. Beautiful new furnishings in the Tommy Bahama-style, fresh paint, wallpaper, carpeting, right down to the travertine tile floors! This oceanfront villa has it all! When you enter this villa the beach and ocean will greet you at the door!
Entryway leads to dining area which seats six at a fabulous wooden farmhouse table(leaf added,makes seating for 8). Modern (granite counters)kitchen and (full size)laundry have GE appliances, including a microwave, new stove, new dishwasher, new frig.. Breakfast bar has two stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Living area is spacious with a picture window offering an unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and ocean. note: Pictures ARE made from our condo..views are beautiful.
Entertainment center has a 46", flat screen high defintion TV with DVD/VCR and stereo receiver with speakers. DSL connection (and wifi) is provided. Living area features new queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, writing desk with phone and computer(dsl and wifi) hookup. Living area and guest suite both offer access to a wrap around balcony. Enjoy the balcony view from the two rocking chairs or the bistro table for two overlooking the pool complex and beach!
This unit offers two large king-size suites, each with a fabulous direct ocean view. The Master suite is soft and relaxing with whitewashed oak furnishings, king-size bed and TV/VCR/DVD in armoire. Luxurious master bath has both a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
The guest suite featuring a king-size iron bed, TV/VCR/DVD in armoire and an intimate sitting area makes this suite just as lovely as the master. A tropical style bath with separate shower and jetted tub is off the private hallway. You really must view these new pictures for yourself. On Hilton Head, it does not get any better than this!
