This Palmetto Dunes, Ocean Cove Villa is "perfectly located" across the street from the Beach (200 yards) and sits ON the 12-mile Palmetto Dunes recreational lagoon system complete with a canoe & kayak rental center just a few hundred yards away. Great Blue Herons, Egrets, Turtles & other wildlife are daily visitors just outside the back door of this villa. Bikes can also be rented at the rental center, and the Ocean Cove pool is just steps outside the front door, within direct sight of the villa yet not close enough to be a noise distraction.
This Ocean Cove villa is also within walking distance of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course (300 yards) & and the nationally acclaimed Palmetto Dunes Tennis Resort (200 yards). Palmetto Dunes is also home to 2 other regionally acclaimed golf courses; the Arthur Hills and the George Fazio Golf Courses.
The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, DVD/VCR, CD/casette stereo & 50+ Children's videos (Blockbuster is just down the street for the adults). Off the living room are the stairs to the lagoon-side patio complete with table and four chairs and a dock sitting directly over the water. A guest room is also located downstairs and offers two twin beds, TV, DVD/VCR, private bath and private balcony, with cocktail table & 2 chairs, directly overlooking the lagoon.
The 2nd floor contains two additional bedrooms and a landing with a loveseat that pulls out to a twin bed. The master bedroom has a king swing bed, TV, DVD, private bath, and private balcony, with 2 rocking chairs & cocktail table, directly overlooking the lagoon. The 2nd guest bedroom has three twin beds, TV, DVD/VCR, private bath, and private balcony, with 2 chairs & cocktail table, also directly overlooking the lagoon.
