Steps away from direct beach access, this unique home has ocean views from three front decks. The elevated rear deck offers stunning sunset views over the sound and wetlands. Located on a deep water canal with private dock, boat ramp, and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, it is perfect for all boating and water recreation.

An unusually large yard and 12'x30' tiled recreation room offer ample space for children to play. A large outdoor storage room is provided for beach and other personal items.

Beautifully decorated, this two story home offers a large master suite on the lower floor with King bed, private bath and large spa. Also located on the lower floor are two additional bedrooms, one with Queen bed and one with Bunkbeds. The private upper level bedroom has one Queen bed and a half bath.

This splendid, smoke-free beach home offers the ultimate in family beach vacationing: sand dunes and ocean at the front, tranquility of the sound at the back, a quiet and friendly neighborhood, plus all the amenities of a personal residence!
