Romantic and very quiet duplex in Saint-Germain-des Prés, the heart of Paris left bank. The apartment is ideally situated in the historic rue de Condé, between rue SAINT-SULPICE and LUXEMBOURG GARDENS. The ground floor of this 17th century building opens onto a cobble stoned courtyard so the apartment is completely silent and QUIET.

With an adorable small dining room/kitchen on the ground floor and the living room/bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the apartment is the perfect place for vacation or business in Paris, and the ideal way to appreciate the true PARISIAN lifestyle. You can enter the apartment either on ground floor on the courtyard either on the first floor throw the mane entrance of the building.

The apartment combines Parisian charm with modern comfort right in the heart of the city's cultural and fashion scenes. Within walking distance of the Musée d'Orsay, the French senate and the Ile Saint-Louis, the Panthéon, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Pont des Arts and the Church of saint-Germain des Pres, the oldest of Paris.

Nathalie and Bepi married in 2006. Both of them journalist, they live in Roma Italy and this house is there own pied à terre when they come to Paris. They just love living in this very quite little house but in the center of the most exclusive area of Paris.

Honeymoon fantastic!

We had a wonderful honeymoon at this perfectly located apartment! A grocery store and bakery were under a minute away, the metro was 3 minutes away and Notre Dame was only a 10 minute stroll through beautiful streets. The apartment itself had everything we needed. it is stylishly decorated and was very clean. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and pans to do whatever anyone would need for a quick meal. It's located in the heart of Paris, close to shops, subway station , good restaurants and grocery. It was really easy to use the metro to get to the main sights like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre and Arc De Triomphe. A great place I'd definately stay again!! Highly recommended…

Stylish well appointed apartment, good location

Charming sweet home in the very best part of Paris Saint Germain des Pres! This is a wonderful small apartment with modern decoration. The view on the private courtyard and the classical architecture of the building give a romantic feeling. What's more, it's really comfortable and roomy what made me feel like home. It's located in the middle of the city, so I could've easly approach the famous sites. Alexandre, the home manager was really great to work with, respond my questions really promptly and clearly explained everything I needed to know, about the apartment and neighborhood.

I like it and will return

I am Italian and I stayed in this unit for 5 days a couple of weeks ago. As I read about it was dirty, I was a little bit afraid. But maybe this was an incident that happen once, because for me it was ok. The shower curtain, the kitchen clean and the bathroom perfect. Some time a critical comment can help the owner to migliorate his unit ! I forgot, the price was very good for the area and the quality of the product. So I do not agree with the precedent comment. I shall recommend this unit. No problem with the manager for refunding the damage deposit. NB: the unit is very quiet and I slept so well. Thanks. Brenda

Disappointing

We stayed here for a week during our first trip to Paris. While the location is good, the apartment didn't live up to our expectations. On the surface the apartment looked nice, but it was really dirty! There was dust all over the furniture, floors and counter tops. The shower curtain was disgusting and had mold! Since this unit is located on the ground floor, the ventilation is quite poor. Thankfully, it was not very warm during our stay.

We will not recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather pay a little more for a place this is well kept and clean.
