Enjoy this private, Grand River frontage condominium at Spring Lake just minutes away from Grand Haven with free access to all the facilities of the Holiday Inn just steps away. Lounge in the indoor or outdoor pools and hot tub. Enjoy fine dining and the outdoor tiki bar with nightly entertainment.

Condominium is newly furnished with your comfort in mind. It has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. It is fully furnished, including cable television and VCR/DVD player. Kitchen includes Jenn-Aire appliances.

Charter fishing and scenic cruise boats are located nearby at the adjacent Holiday Inn Marina and the Grand Isle Marina. A short trolley ride will take you to Lake Michigan and downtown attractions. Bring your bikes! There is a new, million-dollar, bike path bridge over Spring Lake and the Grand River that provides safe direct access into Grand Haven. Walking distance to brew pub and other restaurants and shopping.
