This Non-Smoking, one bedroom, one and a half bath, second floor villa is bright and beautifully decorated. The spacious living room and dinette area with its vaulted ceiling and greenhouse windows overlook the lagoon. From the private balcony, enjoy the excellent lagoon view with its wonderful water spray and lush tropical undergrowth, palms, and majestic oaks.

The large living room is equipped with a color TV, VCR, CD stereo system, and furnished with a queen-size sofabed, matching love seat and chair. A modern fully-equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast bar. A roomy master bedroom with color TV-VCR-DVD player, walk-in closet, bath with jetted jacuzzi, tub, and shower. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and large half bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer.
