Within easy walking distance of the Golf Pro Shop / Restaurant, Tennis Courts, and the Trilogy Community Center, it is the perfect spot to be. Enjoy workouts in the state of the art gym or enjoy a swim in one of the 3 pools. Views of the nearby Chocolate and Santa Rosa mountains add to the resort atmosphere.

The amazing Great Room gives you wide open views of the backyard water feature and with the golf course in the back ground. Relax watching your favorite shows on the 52 inch HD TV. The wide open kitchen and dining area are great for entertaining and are adjacent to an outside patio area and extended dining area. The master bedroom also has wonderful views of the golf course and opens to a large master bath area and walk in closet. There are two additional full bedrooms with queen sized beds and a shared bathroom. You will have plenty of room for up to 6 adults.

The house is fully furnished and beautifully decorated and ready for you to move in. With a full 2 car garage and laundry room area, you will have all the facilities you need. The backyard has a large patio area, water feature, gas BBQ, cozy fire pit and is ready for you to enjoy...

About The Owner

Donna and I live in Lake Forest California and are both avid tennis players. We bought this second home in Trilogy to enjoy the facilities of the 'active adult' community and it certainly has lived up to it's reputation. We would love to live out there permanently, if we were able to retire.
