This luxurious, newly remodeled, Non-Smoking, Barrington Court Villa offers spectacular oceanviews from its private fourth floor balcony. This oceanfront condo offers a spacious living/dining room area with a balcony, and a large master bedroom with a balcony, a king-size bed, and a private bath. A second bedroom has two single beds and a private bath. A living room converts into a third sleeping area with the use of a queen-size sofa sleeper.

Barrington Court is conveniently located on the finest beach on Hilton Head Island, close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, the Fazio Golf Course, and the Hyatt Hotel. The complex has beautiful landscaping with a spacious sundeck by the oceanfront pool and hot tub, also featuring a pavilion and barbecue grill area. From your large private balcony, you'll enjoy the view of the ocean and lush tropical grounds, including meandering lagoons, fountains, and palms.
