New 4 bedroom home in Palmetto Dunes. Located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10 minute walk to the ocean, Hilton Hotel, and tennis.

First floor includes a master bedroom with king bed, master bath including shower and whirlpool tub. Large open living area, dining room and gourmet kitchen with dinette area. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (2 twins in 2 rooms and 1 queen)and lofted den with sleeper sofa and foosball. Large deck off the first floor leads to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Rental rate includes 2 hours of free tennis per day at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, and 4 bikes. 3 Championship golf courses in Palmetto Dunes, and 23 total on the island or adjacent.
