CASA DE CAMPO ALL INCLUSIVE ~VIP~ PACKAGE CHEF & BUTLER

This was the best vacation we have ever taken. That says a lot as we travel a lot! The staff at the house made the whole experience. The house speaks for itself. Pictures does not do it justice. Was waited on hand and foot. Could of sunk right into that life style!

I can honestly say this was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. We decided to rent this villa for the Christmas break. Both sides of the family would be staying at the property, we had a total of eight adults and four kids.
When we arrived we didn't know what to expect, but I can say the vacation ended up being way beyond our expectations. The house was immaculate, spacious and had small Christmas decorations for the season. We were greeted by Chef Kendy, Headwaiter Jonathon and Dominique the maid. They were very warm and friendly. We arrived in the evening and did not know what we wanted to eat for the dinner. So Chef Kendy took it upon himself and whipped up a fantastic dinner of Shrimp and Spagehtti.
We ate everyday at the Villa, we had thought about going into the Marina to eat but after eating one meal, why bother. Everyday Chef Kendy's meal were fresh and authentic. He took into consideration, everyone's tastes. My mom is sick with cancer and made sure he had and made things that she could eat, like a fresh fruit plate with every meal. My Dad didn't like seafood, so the meals we had seafood, he had a special plate for my Dad. This was just with me mentioning it once! Also, he made special food for the kids. He made an authentic Dominican meal for the family. For the Christmas Eve meal, he had arranged to have a pig roasted on the premise, it was fantastic! Also, one night we had a seafood parriada. He bought from local fishermen, he bought lobsters and shrimp. These was not little shrimp by any means, they were huge shrimp, they looked more like langostinas. And the next day, he used the leftover meat into a homemade Gnocci.
Our headwaiter Jonathon was outstanding! He was so pleasant, greeting us every morning. He knew who liked coffee and who like tea. He was wonderful with all of us especially the kids. Whatever, we asked for he made sure we had it. He spoke English which was great for my parents neither one speaks Spanish.
Dominique, was always pleasant. She had the house spotless and made up the rooms. She did the laundry everyday and ever put the clothes away. The towels were always clean, in the rooms and the pool towels.
The house was fantastic, clean, modern and elegantly furnished. It was so spacious, that we were never on top of each other. The kids swam in the crystal clean pool, maintained by Tony and the hot tub was always hot and working. Also, Tony even offered to wash our cars.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

We recently returned from our stay at Vivero 51, where we were lucky to have Jonathan in charge. He made sure that everything ran smoothly and every need was met. Like others have said, by the time we left he was family. The house is so spacious, open and clean. In fact, a friend staying in an oceanfront house told us she had "house envy" when she visited. There is so much room that we never felt crowded and there was always a serene place to sit and enjoy. It was our first house rental - and it is different than staying in a hotel - but it was thoroughly enjoyable. The house was fully stocked with games and movies for staying in, and there is lots to do at Casa de Campo. Or you can do nothing at all but sit by the pool and eat delicious food!
