Beautiful home located in a quiet and safe gated community. The home features spectacular 360 degree views of the mountains and the valley. This home is unique and private. Enjoy two master suites with king size beds. The home has been freshly painted inside and out. There is brand new carpeting in all of the bedrooms and all new furnishings in every room. This home features a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. There are three fully furnished outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs by the 15' x 40' swimming pool and spa, which was renovated in July 2007.

Rancho Mirage is a perfect location, a 15 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and just three miles to Palm Desert. The worlds best golf can be enjoyed at countless courses within minutes of this home.

Can't escape work, no problem, the home is wi-fi enabled and has high speed broadband, a fax machine and free telephone calling in the US.

I have rented houses for over 10 years in the Rancho Mirage area and this was the best location/rental property to date. Craig, the owner, was excellent to deal with, very accommodating and easy to keep in contact with.

Would recommend using this rental house to anyone based on my experience. Private pool was superb for the family.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
