This 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath condo sits on the 10th floor of building 2 at the lovely Regatta. This complex is located in the heart of Vanderbilt Beach and situated amid a seemingly endless array of attractive amenities. The Regatta has two pools, a full exercise room, 2 outdoor grills and much much more! The unit is fully furnished and has recently received new carpet, paint, and has 3 new flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. In addition to the 2,000+ square feet of living space, the unit has a 235 square foot screened in lanai for you to relax and enjoy the peaceful views.

The condo was just as the pictures indicated. Large unit with great views of the bay and gulf in the distance. Very clean and well furnished. Everything you need is provided including beach chairs and local information.

The beach is within walking distance and its just a short drive to all the shopping and restaurants in Naples.

Would recommend to anyone!! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is I believe there is always room for improvement.

We stayed in the unit with 5 adults and a 2 year old. The unit was clean and well laid out. Very comfortable. We could walk to the beach, enjoyed the pool and took a short drive to 5th Ave where there are lots of shops and dining. The market etc. were just down the road. We loved the sunsets on the beach and would love to come back.

We really loved staying in this condo. The view from the balcony was great. It was just as pictured - very clean. There was everything in the condo to enjoy the beach and pool. The pool has a great place to cook and eat. It is a very secure building and property. We definitely will go again.
