GULF FRONT TOWNHOUSE 2BR/BA, PET FRIENDLY, WIFI, 4 UNITS AVAIL

We spent 3 days in this condo and was very pleased with it. It was very clean and the set up was perfect. The front door needs a little adjustment but we could deal with that. We plan on coming back with other family members.

Since our children didn't know they were being pulled out of school for the entire next week until we got in Florida, that alone made their vacation great.

The unit was exactly as shown, the weather was exceptional, the neighbors at the time we stayed were great and we overall had a wonderful time.

Parasailing was a slight walk from our deck, the beach had great variety of shells and very relaxing walk on the beach each night with my Red Solo Cup, was the icing on the cake.

We had a small hiccup on garbage pickup due to Easter weekend, but a few texts to David and he ensured that the trash was picked up the next day.

We were able to grill out our favorite entree's, and with just a short drive to the local Wal-Mart, were able to save quite a few dollars by eating our meals at "HOME". Not to mention, we awoke many mornings to see Dolphins playing a few hundred feet out in front of the unit.

It wouldn't be fair to not give some constructive feedback... Couch and loveseat cushions were very soft, and could use an updated foam. And although no one took a cold shower, the smaller sized water heater keeps you from taking LONG hot showers....but why would you want to, when you have a nice RED tan anyway :) ?

Overall, it was a very relaxing, comfortable stay....and would not hesitate to revisit again.

The townhouse was exceptional! It was exactly as described and the owner was great to work with. I loved the decor and how close it was to the beach. This was my first time staying in a townhouse. We usually stay in hotels, but I have to say after my week in the townhouse, I will never stay in a hotel again. The location was great and it was quite. Didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. You get to park right at the door. The townhouse was very spacious for all of us. There wasn't enough towels for all of us we had to wash them everyday, and they was damp when we got there. But other than that everything else was great. I would definetely recommend this one to someone else. OH! and the view was exceptional! And I liked that we could walk to Schooners and eat (which I recommend). Everything was in good condition and didnt seem worn out or torn. The house was well maintained. I really loved that this house was pet friendly, we don't vacation unless we take Sydney our dog with us.
