The villa is decorated with furnishings from Hawaii since we are from there. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The spiral staircase leads to a bedroom upstairs with a full-size bed. We call this room 'Queen Lilioukalani' because it has a picture of a Hawaiian princess. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and the sunroom, with wall-to-ceiling windows, also has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The deck is draped by a Spanish-moss-laden oak tree and has a bird feeder and we provide bird food for you to use. We also have beach mats, straw hats, boogie (body surfing) boards, floaties, and crabbing equipment.

Just 30 minutes from historic Charleston, South Carolina where arts, museums, festivals, historical sites are! Golfing is great in Seabrook Island along with up-to-date fitness and tennis facilities. We also can provide you access to the Kiawah Island where there are more golf facilities. Tennis tournaments are played in Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is 5 minutes drive from the gate where you can go for fishing or sightseeing tour and where restaurants and shops are. Tourist spots include winery, old rice plantation, tea plantation which is about 30 minutes away. Fishing is great in Seabrook Island and in Kiawah Island where lakes and ponds are widespread. Festivals and symphonies are performed at Freshfields Plaza about 10 minutes drive outside the security gate. Such a great quiet get-away. I found this place last minute (referral from a friend) and the owners are amazing to work with - phenomenal customer service. They are very communicative and work with you. I would stay here (or rent from these owners) again - in fact, it would be the first place I looked into. 100% recommended!

The Perfect Get-A-Way:)

We have been here on several occations and it is all and more than we hoped for. We had fun riding our bikes, long walks on the beach, playing in the pool, breakfast, and dinner on the deck, it was just great!
We also enjoyed the local resturants.(Great Seafood) We hope to venture back often:)

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend, week, or month! Plenty of ways to relax....whether by the secluded neighborhood pool, on the beach, or biking the many miles of trails. Easy to get to places for dining or shopping......Whether you are into fishing, wildlife viewing, or soaking in the history of the surrounding area, this vacation destination is unsurpassed for comfort, convenience, and charm. Condo is always clean and welcoming.......Have stayed there several times through the years and can't wait to get back again!

I have stayed at the villa three times and always feel relaxed and at one with nature when I am there. It is consistently well maintained and is perfect for group or more solitary activities. The property is comfortable, efficient, and well-equipped. It is very convenient to activities and attractions and yet it is quiet and secluded. I recommend the villa to others who want either a weekend break or longer vacation and want either a quite getaway or want to have more activities available to them close at hand. The photos on this website accurately depict the villa aminities and the owners are very helpful in answering questions. Enjoy!

The perfect place to vacation. The condo is spacious with a sun room that is literally on the marsh great view in the morning. Everything is very well maintained and clean. It is also in a great location it is quiet and only a short walk or shorter drive to anything you need. This one is definitely woth it we use it twice a year and I cant wait to get back.
