This beautiful three bedroom, 3 bath, three story townhome is just steps away from the Quicksilver Chairlift and only 2 blocks from Main Street! The Beaver Run chair, ski school, and the Kinderhut childcare center is also located only 1 block away. You will easily be able to maximize your time skiing, rather than jumping on and off shuttles from this unbeatable location! Enjoy the convenience of being able to ski home for lunch. For those of you who prefer to shop and sight see, it is a quick 5 minute walk to Downtown Breckenridge. This beautiful mountain home is designed with an elegant mountain décor, with very nice finishes and furnishings throughout. The amenities of the townhome include: private washer and dryer, private heated garage, private balcony, and gas fireplace. After an exhilerating day of skiing or snowboarding, enjoy soaking in the outdoor 3 person hot tub or head down to the heated pool and hot tub, located just 1/2 block away!

Our house on Primrose is1 block north of the Beaver Run Ski Lift or 1 block west of the Quicksilver lift out of Base 9. It is a 2 block walk to the shops and restaurants along Main Street and 2-3 blocks to the Riverwalk Performing Arts Center. Lake Dillon is 7 miles north, Rec center is one mile north, Ice rink is 1/2 mile southeast and shopping, groceries, liquor and other necessities are within a few blocks. Bike from here around town or catch mountain bike or hiking trails within a block. The 36 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course is 5 miles north.
