A short drive to National Seashore ocean beaches, freshwater ponds, town and harbor of Wellfleet, bike path, restaurants and Audubon Sanctuary. This cottage has never been rented and is in pristine condition with freshly painted walls, private deck, outdoor shower and bright new kitchen. Perfect for a family vacation.
