You will literally sit right on the water and overlook Lover’s Key State Park, Big Carlos Pass and the #1 Dolphin watching area in Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers Beach! Located on the preferred corner of the building we feature 2 bedrooms and a study and a sleeper sofa. This 8th floor location shows 270 degrees to the South and West of the Gulf of Mexico. A huge screened Lanai offers a fun and relaxing area to savor the warm winter breezes, dine outside, hold a spectacular happy hour, or simply chill out with a good book. The open kitchen with indirect lighting is the perfect place to prepare a special vacation meal. The large bar top serves to keep the conversations going with the cook and works well for breakfast dining. There is a waterfront chickee next door that serves light lunches and cold beverages!

Ideally located on Big Carlos Pass on the south side of the Big Carlos Bridge. Views east look at Mound Key, the Calousa Indians home for 1,000 years. It is said they like this area because they could see attackers from their shell mounds. One can take sightseeing trips by boat to see their ruins. To the north is south Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach. Looking west out Big Carlos Pass to the Gulf of Mexico you will experience some fabulous sunsets. Also one can see Sanibel Island in the distance. To the southwest is Lover's Key State Park and the lights of Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Vanderbilt Beach and Naples.

Rated by the Travel Channel as one of the 5 best beaches in Florida you will find walking the trails and beaches a real adventure. For your personal use is a tennis court, free-standing club house with a fitness center and a billiard table. The large pool is heated and features a waterfront spa. One can enjoy constant sun anytime of the day and the building offers perfect wind protection on the occasional day when the breeze off the water comes from the North.

Dolphins & Wildlife!: One great pastime which provides entertainment for everyone is watching the Dolphins in Big Carlos Pass. People actually pay for charters to see what you can watch from the Lanai. Also, we have seen big Eagle Rays and Manatee’s gracefully passing to and from the Gulf of Mexico.

Boating & Fishing!: If you are a boater there is a never ending boat parade of all shapes and sizes as the bay is quite large. The Osprey’s, Seagulls, and an occasional Eagle will glide by the Lanai to see what you are having for breakfast or lunch. Next door one can rent boats to explore the well-marked water ways or wet a line in hopes of catching Snook, Sea Trout or a Redfish. All kinds of water sports, jet skies, parasailing, diving and windsurfing are available.

Golf: Bay and Beach Golf Club is only 1.5 miles away. Be sure to ask us about Free Access To 35 Area Golf Courses plus discounted green fees from May 1st. thru Oct. 31st!
